Scheduling software built with a Quebec FMG, for Quebec FMGs.

Synchro launched in 2025 to give FMG and teaching-FMG teams a scheduling tool that actually matches their operational reality. French-first, transparent, developed in partnership with a pilot FMG, and operated by a Quebec-based team.

Who's behind Synchro

Synchro is a Quebec-based company founded in 2025. Our team combines expertise in interface design (UX) and software engineering, applied to a single goal: building reliable coordination tools for complex operational environments.

We're based in the Montreal area and answer in French during Eastern business hours.

The FMG in Saint-Hyacinthe: our development partner

Synchro wasn't built in isolation. From the first month, an FMG in Saint-Hyacinthe opened its doors. We sat down with their manager. We watched her Monday mornings. We read her Excel files. We did the exercise every week for months.

Every Synchro feature exists because it solved a real problem we observed there:

We built Synchro feature by feature, week after week, based on concrete on-the-ground feedback. No abstract market studies. No product meetings in Montreal with consultants. Just a real FMG, real problems, code that solves real problems.

Our mission

Give back to managers, lead physicians and FMG teams in Quebec the tens of hours a month they lose to logistics. So they can spend them on what matters: treating patients, training residents well, running their teams with peace of mind.

We made the following choices, deliberately:

What we commit to

We develop Synchro in short cycles. Feedback received on a Monday can ship to production by the following Thursday. That responsiveness is central to how we work: evolving at the pace of the field rather than a product committee.

Synchro is under continuous development. Every FMG that joins adds to our understanding of the field, and every problem we encounter sharpens the product.
