Pricing FAQ
Is there a setup fee?
No. We handle setup and training with you at no charge. The per-user price is all you pay.
What happens after the free month?
If you keep going, monthly billing starts. If it's not working for you, stop before the month ends and you pay nothing.
Can we cancel whenever we want?
Yes, the monthly plan has no commitment. You cancel from one month to the next, and if Synchro stops working for you, we refund your last month. For a custom agreement, the terms are the ones we set together.
We're hiring someone mid-year. How does that work?
Add them in Synchro and they show up on the next invoice. Same for someone leaving: we only bill the accounts that are active on the invoice date.
Do you offer annual agreements?
Yes. For annual billing, several sites or a large team, we sit down with you and work out an agreement that makes sense. Write to us.
Is it the same price for a hospital department?
No, it's free for now. Hospital departments use Synchro at no cost for the whole hospital beta. Learn more.
Do patients count as users?
No, patients don't have access to Synchro. We only count the people on your team who have an account: physicians, nurses, administrative staff and managers.
