Are there setup or hidden fees?

No. The price includes onboarding, training, support, and every feature. No setup fees. No per-feature pricing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. On monthly billing, you cancel from one month to the next, no commitment. On annual billing, cancellation takes effect at the end of the year already paid.

Do patients count as users?

No. Synchro is an internal operations tool. Only physicians, clinical staff, managers and administrators count as users.
