The core of the software is assigning physicians to shifts, fairly, while respecting everyone's constraints. That logic does not change between an FMG and a hospital department. What your department heads handle in Excel today, you can handle in Synchro:

What we do not do yet
- No native integration with hospital systems like Logibec hospital or Chrysalide. If you need one, let's discuss.
- Calculation of worked hours for RAMQ billing is not in the product today.
