    Does Synchro work for our type of clinic?

    Synchro is built for FMGs, teaching FMGs and clinics with multiple physicians or professionals sharing offices and time slots. If your team manages on-call rotations, walk-ins or shared offices, Synchro is for you. A free hospital beta is also open.

    How long to set up Synchro?

    On average, 45 minutes is enough to configure a team of 30. We onboard you via video call or on-site. Your team is independent from day one.

    Can we cancel anytime?

    Yes. On monthly billing, you cancel from one month to the next, no commitment. On annual billing, cancellation takes effect at the end of the year already paid.

    How does Synchro create the on-call, walk-in, and other schedules?

    Each team member enters their availability and absences, then their preferences (working Thursdays, avoiding back-to-back on-call shifts). The clinic adds the constraints that apply to everyone (for example, at least 3 days between two on-call shifts) and its fairness criteria (the same number of Fridays and weekends for each person). Synchro generates a complete schedule that respects all of it. In a few minutes, everything is allocated.

    What if a physician wants to swap shifts after publication?

    They post their shift on the swap board. The team sees the request and the first available colleague takes it. No phone calls, no emails. Everything happens in Synchro.

    What if my colleagues don't want to switch tools?

    Synchro is intuitive to pick up. Nothing to install, no training. Each physician enters their schedule in seconds and finds it in their usual calendar, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. Your colleagues will love building their schedule in Synchro. The only person whose day-to-day changes is the one who used to build the schedule by hand.

    We already manage our schedules in Excel. Why switch?

    Excel works, and most FMGs start there. But Excel cannot generate in one click a schedule that respects each person's preferences, the constraints that apply to everyone and a fair share of on-call shifts and weekends.     Is Synchro available in English?

    Yes. The interface is available in English and in French, and each user picks their own language in their account. The Quebec terminology stays native on the French side.
