Does Synchro work for our type of clinic?
Synchro is built for FMGs, teaching FMGs and clinics with multiple physicians or professionals sharing offices and time slots. If your team manages on-call rotations, walk-ins or shared offices, Synchro is for you.
How long to set up Synchro?
On average, 45 minutes is enough to configure a team of 30. We onboard you via video call or on-site. Your team is independent from day one.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. The subscription is monthly, contract-free and no-commitment. Cancel whenever you want.
How does activity allocation work for walk-ins, on-call, and other activities?
Each team member enters their availability and absences in their Synchro calendar, then specifies their preferences and obligations. Synchro generates a complete allocation that respects everyone's constraints and ensures fairness. In a few minutes (10 max), everything is allocated.
What if a physician wants to swap shifts after publication?
They post their shift on the swap board. The team sees the request and the first available colleague takes it. No phone calls, no emails. Everything happens in Synchro.
Is Synchro available in English?
Synchro is currently available in French only. The English version launches in June 2026.
